LFC STATEMENT ON STEVEN GERRARD

Liverpool Football Club today pledged its full support to skipper Steven Gerrard following the events of the past 48 hours.
A statement from the club said: "Steven has been an outstanding servant to Liverpool for the last 10 years and the club will give him all the support he needs at this time.
